How the article doesn’t mention despicable Plaintiff Asbestos Lawyer Steven Kazan (www.kazanlaw.com) and his partner in fraud David McClain is utterly ridiculous. The Department of Justice disfavors working on more than 1 Trust as a Fiduciary (to avoid collusion and fraud). Steven Kazan is a Fiduciary on over 20 Asbestos Trusts. Kathleen Campbell Davis (kdavis@camlev.com – Campbell Levine – Delaware) is the “enabler” to this misconduct.
