Notice to All Asbestos Trust Fiduciaries – “Prudence Requires” All Asbestos Trusts Suspend Simmons Hanly Conroy

Asbestos Trust Fiduciaries,

Please confirm that the Asbestos Trusts in which you are Trustees/Trust Counsel/Fiduciaries (Trust Lists Attached) have suspended the Law Firm of Simmons Hanly Conroy from the Trusts and that no further offers or payments will be remitted to  Simmons Hanly Conroy as of May 22, 2024.

U.S. Trustee – I direct your attention to the 1st Attachment – Complaint filed against the Law Firm of Simmons Hanly Conroy  J-M Manufacturing v. Simmons – Complaint 5.10.24 (Racketeering) alleging litigation fraud, bankruptcy fraud, racketeering etc… The Complaint alleges damages of over $1 Billion and I suspect the Simmons Hanly Conroy Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust Racketeering (alone) exceeds this amount. Please note as well that each recipient of this e-mail (all Asbestos Trust “Fiduciaries”) have actively participated, enabled, and furthered this Simmons Hanly fraud (a “criminal scheme”) and have been on Notice of the same for at least a decade.

Please be directed to the first attachment – Letter from Marla Eskin written to me dated October 4, 2012. Criminal Fraudster Marla Eskin letter to Mandelbrot (2012) – “Prudence Requires Suspension” Based on the entirely sham allegations against me and my office in September 2012, these same Trusts and their Counsel (Marla Eskin) suspended my office on baseless allegation (and I’m sure Simmons Hanly disputes the allegations) and noted “…the Trustees are on notice of these public allegations, prudence requires that the Trust further review of the claims filings from your law firm…and all offers are payments are suspended.” This was tremendous harm to beneficiaries and my office and based on false allegations (and claims totaling no more than $100,000.00). Consequently, “prudence requires” that the Trusts in which you are Fiduciaries immediately suspend all offers and payments to Simmons Hanly Conroy.

The 3rd Attachment (2023 Western Asbestos Trust Annual Report) exemplifies ongoing attempts by Fiduciaries (here, Eve Karasik) to enable, conceal, and cover up this Asbestos Trust Fraud. In the Annual Report, Karasik (counsel to the Western Trust and others) falsely states in the Annual Report that “Michael Mandelbrot continues to publish false allegations about the Trust….” yet Ms. Karasik points to no instance of any falsity (because everything on my blog at http://www.mesothelioma.pro is 100% accurate). In fact, I have been writing about the racketeering committed at all Asbestos Trusts for nearly a decade. Each of the Trusts in which you are fiduciaries have known of Alan Brayton’s (Brayton Purcell) massive Trust fraud, as well as Steven Kazan’s criminal conduct at nearly 25 Trusts and have concealed and covered up the same. If any portion of this is false, please do let me know and the blog/reporting will be removed.

Mr. Fehr, the exact Asbestos Trust insider dealing and racketeering as detailed in the Complaint regarding Simmons Hanly Conroy (First Attachment) also takes place at the Western Asbestos Trust, J.T. Thorpe, Inc. Settlement Trust, Thorpe Insulation Settlement Trust, and Plant Insulation Trusts by the Trust Advisory Committee Members (Alan Brayton, Steve Kazan, David McClain) by and through their respective Law Firm who also file claims with the Trust (insider dealing, fraudulent claims, racketeering). Central to this theft and fraud is Trust Counsel Eve Karasik who has fully participated in this criminal theft for at least 10 years and continues to enable the same by filing false Annual Reports.
