Charles LaGrave – Western Asbestos Trust “Inside Counsel” – The key individual involved in over 100,000,000 in Trust theft. Insider Dealer – Fraud. Former partner of (former) Managing Trustee Stephen Snyder and his buffoon (former) Futures Rep Gary Fergus. Corrupt. Dishonest. Note: Since the Department of Justice began investigating this Trust – Stephen Snyder, Gary Fergus and Sara Beth Brown have all left the Trust (and signed ‘sham’ confidentiality agreements). These 3 “losers” should be jailed/disbarred.

Whitney Lauren – Western Asbestos Trust “Processor” – For over a decade, has engaged in a pattern of completely fraudulent claim reviews — always passing the claims Alan Brayton (Brayton Purcell) through favoritism and fraud. Lauren is a well known perjurer (happy to provide the testimony) and will lie to her grave to protect Laura Paul and Sara Beth Brown.

Laura Paul – Western Asbestos Settlement Trust Executive – Former nursing assistant and “cock”tail waitress turned billion dollar thief. Why is she still working at the Trust? She has helped Alan Brayton (Brayton Purcell) steal over a BILLION dollars from the Trust and continues to this day to steal Trust funds. Sara Beth Brown – Former Western Asbestos Trust Settlement Trust Executive Director. Fired from her prior job (IMG) for theft and then for 15 years STOLE victim’s money. She has now “retired” (a complete sham to deceive the DOJ). Should be jailed.

Please note the following:

My condo project is called the Montage and is located at 255 N. Sierra Street. It is the gold/yellow high rise. There is a loading zone in front for anyone who is being dropped off or picked up. If you are driving yourself, there is metered parking (free starting at 6 p.m.). My Unit # is 2009 and I will notify the doorman that you can come right up to my unit, if you decide to come directly from work.
The Plan is to meet in my lobby at 6 p.m. and we will walk to Awful Awful for a delectable dinner.
Then back to the condo for desserts and the show begins at 8 p.m.
Please let me know if you need a room at the Eldorado or if you are taking UBER home that night and to the office the next morning, both of which will be paid for by the Trust.
