Asbestos Trusts have mismanaged for decades. Fraud, collusion, concealment, and favoritism is the norm at EVERY Asbestos Trust. Former Judges using Trusts as their “Golden Parachute” (Alfred Wolin, Ken Kawaichi). Even worse, current Judges (Sheri Bluebond) using Trust funds for her “reappointment”.
