The most corrupt Asbestos Trusts in the Country filed a Motion in Central District of Los Angeles (in front of their ‘buddy’ Judge Sheri Bluebond) to try and silence Mandlebrot. Here is their (laughable) Motion – Corrupt Thorpe Trusts Filed Motion to Strike (AP). The Motion was literally laughable – with the substance simply – “we don’t like Mandelbrot exposing Thorpe Fraud so we want to prevent him from filing more facts about out corruption…”
Responding to this Corrupt Motion was – of course – my pleasure.

A misappropriation of victims funds took place in grand proportion on December 12, 2017. A simple hearing took place before Judge Sheri Bluebond where no more than one lawyer is needed.

Yes – 10 lawyers were sent by the Thorpe Insulation and the J.T. Thorpe, Inc. Settlement Trust for a 15 min hearing!! A gross misappropriation of funds by a pack of frauds. 7 in Courtroom – 3 on the telephone. The Thorpe Trusts needed one lawyer – they sent 10!

Mandelbrot Law Firm wins Appeal versus Thorpe Trusts – Case Remanded!

This was a long time coming! It’s been decades of bad faith and corruption by the J.T. Thorpe, Inc. (jttstrust.com) Settlement Trust Fiduciaries and Thorpe Insulation Settlement Trust Fiduciaries (www.tistrust.com). My office was only sued for exposing this corruption and misappropriation of funds by these Fiduciaries.
