Steven Kazan has been insider dealing and misappropriating Asbestos Trust Funds for decades!
Everyone knows it. The Western Asbestos/MacArthur Trial was a complete sham with the Judge (really) an “insider” who was guaranteed Asbestos Trustee positions “post trial”. But even worse, the evidence brought forward by Steven Kazan and Alan Brayton in that Trial was fabricated, inflated, and pure fraud. And a recent filing by Double Dipper Steven Kazan proves it.

Judge Bluebond is a Complete Fraud! Year after year she does it. Knowing corruption, theft of Thorpe Asbestos Trust funds, fraud, and insider dealing are taking place on a daily basis at Asbestos Trusts — and Bluebond does nothing!! She has “earned” the title of the “Most Corrupt Judge in the Country”. She knows it too – but doesn’t care. We always knew that (former) Western Asbestos Trust Executive Director Sara Beth Brown was a liar, a fraud, a perjurer…..and Reno’s biggest thief. She rarely worked, yet stole millions from the Western Asbestos Trust in sham billings and insider dealings.
Prior to her “retirement” in 2019 (she was presumably “fired”), Brown had misappropriated billions (in victim’s funds) to corrupt plaintiff lawyers (Alan Brayton/Steven Kazan) so they’d always ‘look the other way’ when Brown was stealing. And steal she did….

Everyone knows the Department of Justice is investigating Steven Kazan and Asbestos Trusts. For decades, Kazan, a “Trust Advisory Committee” Member for nearly every Asbestos Trust in the Country, has ‘raped’ Asbestos Trust Funds for his thousands of mesothelioma clients – absolutely destroying the Trust funds. Every present and future Asbestos victim receives less money from Asbestos Trusts due to Steven Kazan. But now the Department of Justice has come calling….and they want monies owed to the government. Many asbestos victims received medical payments through Medicare which (in some cases) triggers an obligation to reimburse the government for Medicare expenditures.
